Now this we do like. It's a new addition to the Truscott Arms, a bar snack called the Pig Board. It is (from the right):
- Pork cracker - pork skin cooked, dehydrated and then fried.
- Pigs ears - pressure cooked, sliced and cooked until crispy in oil
- Pig's head in polenta - slow cooked over night then the meat coated in polenta cooked until golden brown
All that comes to £8 and it's also gluten free too. It's on the menu at the Truscott Arms now.
