Sosharu - a Japanese restaurant which Atherton is opening in Clerkenwell in Autumn - will offer an exclusive preview menu of Japanese dishes by head chef Alex Craciun which is going to be offered to just 24 guests in the private dining room at City Social (pictured) for the event. Tickets for this will be £135 and dishes will include cod cured in miso, bake in ash shitake and tempura avocado as well as ramen, shitake consomme, black garlic and pork shoulder.

“Our dream is that once a year all other chefs close their restaurants and everyone teams up to raise as much money as we possibly can, " says Jason.
