It's not terribly well known that the chef behind The Providores was also behind the initial menu at Gourmet Burger Kitchen (and has been involved since too). But now that's coming more to the fore as Peter Gordon is about to launch a new menu at the mini burger chain. Starting at the end of March, new to the menu will be:
- Duck Confit Burger - confit duck, duck liver pâté, topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onions, rocket and ginger and apricot chilli jam, served in a buttery brioche bun.
- Alongside that, Sweet Potato Fries with Tamarind Dressing and Dukkah and a fresh Summer Homeslaw with Mint, Pomegranate Molasses and Sumac.
- Plus new shakes too: Banana Biscoff milkshake - banana ice cream and Lotus Biscoff caramelised biscuits.
