An interesting new appointment over at West London gastropub The Truscott Arms. They've just brought on board a new Head Chef Aidan McGee. Why should this be of note? Well take a look at where McGee has been working beforehand - at Dinner by Heston and as Senior Sous Chef with Tim Allen at Launceston Place.
The Donegal-born chef will be launching a brand new menu in time for Autumn next month. So expect to see dishes like Heritage tomato salad, mozzarella, basil and tea oil or roasted Suckling pig with broad beans, pressed potato, mint and lettuce as well as custard tart with roasted figs, almond milk ice cream on offer.
