Tonkotsu are taking over Anzu on St James's Market for a ramen residency

Sushi Shop's 2018 chef sign-up is Anne-Sophie Pic

The next chef collaboration for Sushi Shop has just been announced and it's a big one. Launching in January, the new menu has been created with Anne-Sophie Pic, the only female French chef to have three Michelin stars.
