Five must-try dishes and drinks to try at the Ella Canta bottomless weekend brunch

Londoners looking for a brunch with a bit of a kick should head on over to Ella Canta on Park Lane where top chef Martha Ortiz has created a menu that takes you on a taste tour of Mexico. And if the dishes here don't seal the deal, then knowing you'll get bottomless margaritas or sparkling wine* to pep up your brunch plans surely will.

1. Flautas de papa en salsa verde Esmeralda

roomCrispy potato tacos with lettuce, queso fresco and green sauce. Any bottomless brunch needs to come with accompanying carbs - this is that dish.


2. Aguacate relleno de mariscos

3. Pollo de leche adobado con cebollas moradas encurtidas

roomSlow-roasted baby chicken with pickled red onion, avocado and Pistachio margarita. The only thing better than roast chicken? Roast chicken served with a pistachio-green margarita. You're welcome. 


4. Huevos con mole negro

roomTwo fried eggs over corn tortillas, black mole, queso fresco. Because no brunch menu is complete without several egg dishes on it and this one does look rather lovely.


5. Fantásticos churros Mexicanos con festín de caramelo y chocolate

roomMexican churros with caramel and chocolate sauces. We shouldn't have to explain why you'll want these - just LOOK at them.

The bartenders there have come up with a flight of margaritas that are available alongside the brunch - flavours include lavender, grapefruit, hibiscus, and pistachio.
