Returning triumphantly in February after recovering from a major fire, the revamped Gymkhana was open for just over a month before being closed again due to the lockdown. But no more - one of the best Indian restaurants in town is gearing up for another reopening.
Like many central London restaurants, they'll be appearing on the Supper website/app and all their classic dishes should be available for home delivery. So if you've had a big craving for Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops, Butter Chicken Masala or their Wild Muntjac Biryani you'll soon be able to get it delivered to your door.
The people behind Gymkhana, JKS Restaurants aren't stopping there - the rest of the group are also gearing up for reopenings. Here's what's coming:
- Brigadiers (City) - reopens 15 May, delivering their Original BBQ Butter Chicken Wings and the Brigadiers Mixed Grill (as well as an Iftar meal during Ramadan) on Deliveroo
- The Michelin-starred Trishna (Marylebone) - reopens 22 May, with dishes including Hariyali Bream, Chicken Pepper Fry, and Seafood Biryani,
- Hoppers is opening all three locations. King's Cross on 14 May, Soho on 15 May and a new Hoppers East on 26 May (reaching as far east as Bethnal Green)
- Berenjak's kababs are also bach and will also open new Deliveroo sites. East opens 15 May, Battersea on 21 May, Swiss Cottage on 27 May, Whitechapel on 28 May, King's Cross and the original Soho on 7 June.
All that and Rice Error from the people behind Bao too.
